The buyer accepts full responsibility for this kitten in providing properly for its welfare.The buyer agrees that the kitten will receive prompt medical care if necessary. The buyer agrees to provide companionship for the kitten, never leaving it alone for extended periods of time without human attention. The buyer agrees never to allow the kitten to roam free outdoors unattended.

The kitten is being sold as a pet and not for breeding purposes. The buyer agrees to have the kitten spayed or neutered between the ages of 6-8 months and only then, with the presentation of a veterinary certification that the kitten has been altered will the CFA Registration papers be signed over to the buyer. The buyer agrees to not declaw the cat, understanding that declawing is a cruelty and likely to alter the kitten’ temperament. Providing scratching posts and keeping the claws clipped will prevent clawing in almost all cases. The buyer has 72 hours to return the kitten for a replacement. If kitten is not returned within 72 hours it is understood that the buyer pleased with the kitten. Refunds will not be given, just a replacement kitten. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Since this cat/kitten is a living creature, seller cannot guarantee the lifetime health of this animal, nor that it will not contract a biral or bacterial illness sometime in the future
